Order

You can place an order via our store's website, calling our customer service or sending an email.

It is not mandatory to register to place an order but having your own account gives more perks.

Delay in processing orders usually comes from:
1) Order contains incorrect personal info or delivery address (wrong phone number, postal code etc.)
2) Product or products from your order are not available.
We will contact with you in both cases. You can also with our Customer Support which is working Monday-Friday from 8 to 16.

Product

Eroyalfashion.com is an online shop which only concludes distance selling with its customers.

Click the „Notify me about a product availability” button. Then choose your desired size and enter your e-mail address. We will notify you when the product will be back in our store.

All available sizes in our store will be visible in product page in the add to basket section.

Each product in our store is measured by our staff. Sizing table is available for each item in product page.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available at our store. Check the shipping rates and forms of delivery here.

Orders with pending payment will be canceled after 7 days (do not apply to cash on delivery shipments).

Delivery

Orders are processed in 24 work hours. Delivery time will vary depending on carrier company choice. Details can be found here.

Please contact with carrier company which is responsible for the delivery using provided tracking number. You can also contact with our Customer Support for help.

Return

For our customer satisfaction and experience, we accept returns in 365 days counting from date order.

Withdrawal form is available here. If you do not have a printer, you can copy it down by hand.

According to our regulations, fees for returned products is payed by the customer. More details are available in our terms and conditions.

Our store will send a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving your return shipment.

Exchange

Exchanges in our store are conducted on the principle of returning the product and placing a new order.

Complaint

Complaints can be filed via Customer's account in tab with orders, by sending e-mail at reklamacje@royalfashion.pl or by sending the complaint letter to our office here. You can also contact with our Customer Support for help.

Account

Logged in Customers can benefit from having access to order history, discounted shipping rates for returns and more.
