  • Where can I check if a product of my choice is available?
  • Available sizes of the product you selected are displayed just below the pictures.
    If the window with the selected size is crossed out, it means that it is not available.
  • How can I check if the size I have chosen will still be available?
  • Do you like a product but it is no longer available in the size you choose?
    Nothing lost. You can always be up to date. 
    Just click on the unavailable size and the following message will be displayed: NOTIFY ME ABOUT PRODUCT AVAILABILITY - click,
    choose the size and enter your e-mail address. Finished!
  • I would like to see the products before buying - can I?
  • Eroyalfashion.com is an online store with women's footwear, so we only sell by mail order.
    This involves the inability to physically view the products before buying.
    However, we care about the security of shopping in our store and the comfort of customers, which is why we give you 365 days to return in our store.

  • I placed an order - when can I expect delivery?
  • The delivery time in our Store is 24 business hours! Subsequently, your order is forwarded to the one you choose
    courier company. In the Republic of Poland, the delivery time is 1 to 4 business days,
    delivery time for international shipments is up to 5 business days.
  • How fast do I have to pay for my order?
  • You have up to 7 calendar days to pay for the order!
    After this time, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Can I pay for the order on delivery?
  • Sure! This is a common question regarding payment in our store.

  • I ordered the wrong size! What can I do now?
  • If you have made a mistake with the size - contact us by phone as soon as possible.
    Remember that emails are read from the oldest and it may take some time before the employee finds your request.                       
    By this time it may be too late for any changes to the order.
  • Why is my order on hold and I haven't received any information yet?
  • There are several reasons why your order was on hold. The first is e.g. the lack of valid data in the order.
    You may have made a mistake in the address, provided an incorrect zip code or phone number.
    The second most common reason is the lack of a product in your order. Don't get nervous :) It happens sometimes!
    Customer Service Office is open from 8-16. They probably got information about irregularities after working hours.
    Give us a moment, certainly our employees will contact you with information about the order.
  • How much time do I have to withdraw from the contract?
  • Footwear did not meet your expectations? You have 365 days to return in our store!
    Remember that you have 14 days to return the footwear from the moment you declare your desire to return.
  • I did not receive any withdrawal form in the package. Where can I find him?
  • The withdrawal form can be found here: Withdrawal from the contract / exchange
    If you do not have a printer - rewrite it manually, but remember to sign it by hand in the appropriate place.
  • Who bears the cost of return shipment?
  • In accordance with our regulations, the cost of return delivery is borne by the customer. 
  • When can I expect a cash back for returned products?
  • Not later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer declared that he would exercise his right to withdraw from the contract.
    We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until we receive proof of sending it back*.
